TOKYO, Japan - Fujio Cho (R), president of Toyota Motor Corp., Takehiko Hasegawa (C), president of Yamaha Motor Co., and Kazukiyo Ishimura (L), president of Yamaha Corp., shake hands after announcing the three companies will form a capital tie-up to enhance cooperation in the development of automobile engines.
